Manish’s 15+ years of franchise expertise began in the mid-eighties when his family invested in the franchise motel industry. Manish was exposed to all areas of the business including sales, marketing, public relations and general operational knowledge of a franchise business.
He gained further sales experience while working at a steel foundry in Orville, Ohio where he provided sales analysis information to investors.
After relocating to San Diego, Manish honed his expertise in the art & psychology of selling as a sales representative for the nation's top ranked State Farm insurance agent for a record 14 years.
Thereafter, Manish was retained by a major bank to help implement the In-Store Bank Branch expansion throughout Southern California and was recognized as a top performer. During Manish’s tenure, not only was the in-store division the fastest growing, it proved to be the most successful and most convenient for customers.
Manish went on to the medical products industry. Once again Manish proved to be a top performer, and was subsequently recruited as National Sales Manager for another medical company.
The calling of the franchise world lured Manish to re-design and rejuvenate the development for a leading pack and ship franchise based in San Diego. In 5 short years, Manish climbed from Manager, to Director to Vice-President.
Manish’s experience and background combined to allow him to cement relationships between different ethnic communities leading to numerous franchise sales, and to implement new methodologies to reduce costs, increase sales and elevate brand presence in the franchise community.
